We are trying to improve this system. Thank you for being patient while we work on it.
We are still learning new things about building this website. If you are looking at it on a computer many tools are on the right side of the screen. Here you will find red "buttons" that are linked to recordings to listen to, as well as some learning tools, You will also see the current listings for Band Bucks. and a monthly listing for the previous months posts. If you are on a smart phone you have to scroll down through the posts and the buttons are found at the very bottom. Harold is more able to make small corrections and upgrades and will do so as he is able. If you ever can't find something leave us a message here, or email or text us, your parents have all that info. I mentioned in my previous post that I am choosing new concert music. for points answer the question by commenting below. If you could pick the next concert piece what would you most like to learn?

thanks Nahuel. Aren't the pieces in our lesson book great? The authors have chosen some wonderful pieces of music and arranged them in a way that introduces us to all kinds of composers throughout the written musical history!

Isn't it interesting that almost all the suggested pieces are from movies. Contemporary composers have truly caught our imagination! I too love movie themes, especially ones that have lyrics, it makes it easier for me to remember them and lyrics really help with difficult rhythms.

We have a fun flex band arrangement of Pink Panther that the Homeschool Band Senior class has performed twice now. We performed it last year. Stick around and you might get your chance.
